Your Project manager will help designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitors your progress, and keep you informed the entire way.
Your first sample is the first iteration of your design that incorporates both your fabric and the fit of your garment. This stage won’t include most trimmings and details, but it uses the same material as the final version. The purpose of this step is to develop a reference for how the garment should fit while smoothing out the necessary construction details. The outcome is a prototype that accurately represents the desired look of the clothing. Once your first sample is ready our Designer Stacy Christensen will meet with you to discuss any changes that need to be made. If you are local will have you meet in our facility in Odgen if you are not we can mail you the sample and do a virtual meeting. You will make your second 50% payment prior to receiving this initial sample
After you receive your sample your account manager will schedule a time for sitting with you and your fit model if you don’t have a fit model we are happy to make recommendations and help you find one. Any fees incurred by hiring a fit model is the responsibility of the client. if you are local you’re welcome to come into the facility for an in person fitting. I you’re not local your account manager will schedule a virtual meeting to complete the fitting live. The goal of the fitting is to accomplish a perfect fit and identify necessary changes to the design if needed. We schedule 30 minutes per style for each fitting and we want to be sure we are on the same page about all necessary changes. If you need more time we are happy to offer it at our hourly rate and $100 per hour.
This sample reflects all of the necessary construction details to produce the final garment.
